Garlic & Scallion Cream Cheese Spread is not only great on bagels, this versatile spread is wonderful slathered on veggie wraps, spread on sandwiches, or heat it up and eat it with crackers Way better than store-bought flavored cream cheese!
Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl. Use a fork to mash the granulated garlic and scallions into the cream cheese, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Alternatively, you could use a hand blender.
When everything is combined, refrigerate for at least 3 hours before using. Great on bagels, wraps, sandwiches, or anything you can think of! Use within 5 days.
