Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. sugar add more to suit your taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • several grinds of black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tbsp. chili oil
  • 10 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 7oz packages of fresh yakisoba stir fry noodles, discard seasoning packet
  • 1 1/2 packed cups kimchi roughly chopped
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin, sriracha, sugar, sesame oil, pepper, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a wok or large skillet, add chili oil and garlic. Sauté on medium/medium-high for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly so the garlic doesn't burn. Add the yakisoba noodles, using a utensil to loosen them up so they're no longer stuck together. Sauté the noodles for 2-3 minutes, then add the sauce and kimchi. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until everything is heated through. Mix in sesame seeds and scallions and serve immediately. Garnish with more sesame seeds and scallions sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
