2garlic cloves
1/4cupsliced scallions
1/4cuptahini
1/4cupolive oil
1/4cupwater
1/2tsp.salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend for at least one minute. Even if it looks like it's all mixed, don't turn off the food processor for at least a minute. It will be nice and creamy. Taste for salt and if desired, more harissa. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
