Savory Chicken Rice is an easy, homemade version of that boxed chicken rice that we all grew up eating! It makes a perfect side dish to all your favorite entrées, and it's super easy to make!
Add oil or butter and rice to a small sauce pan. Sauté on medium to medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring often so the rice doesn't burn. Once the rice starts to turn golden, add garlic, stir for a minute and then add the broth, Better than Bouillon, and spices. Bring to boil, stir, then reduce the heat to low, put the lid on and simmer for 18 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
