Pineapple Mango White Sangria is a refreshing cocktail made with white wine, mango juice, pineapple juice, pineapple vodka, tonic water, and fresh fruit.
My husband and I love both red and white wine, but in the summertime when it’s scorching hot outside and I’ve been gardening, there’s nothing like a glass of chilled white wine to cool you down and relax with. Well, Pineapple Mango White Sangria is a win-win-win because it’s white wine, refreshingly cold, and enhanced with some tropical flavors and chunks of fruit. This cocktail has mango juice, pineapple juice, apples, and oranges…with all that fruit, it’s practically good for you! Just think of all the vitamin C we’re getting! We tend to prefer a more dry wine, and this sangria is perfectly fruity without being too sweet. Plus, if the drink weren’t good enough, you get to eat the chunks of alcohol-infused fruit at the bottom of the glass!
My favorite time to drink Pineapple Mango White Sangria is outside on the patio while my husband is grilling dinner in the summertime, but it’s perfect for game night, beach vacations, parties, or bring a batch for your next camping trip!
I’m weird because I love the flavor of mango, but I don’t actually like to eat it for some reason. If you do like to eat it, you could easily add some chunks of mango in addition to or in place of the other fruits in this drink. The good thing about this recipe is that you could easily amend it to suit your own preferences. Don’t like pineapple juice? Add cranberry or orange juice instead. Don’t want to buy pineapple vodka? Use all regular vodka instead. It’s up to you. In fact, you could replace the pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc with your favorite red wine and make it a red sangria!
