Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill (dill weed)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles approximately 1 1/2 spears

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, dried dill, and garlic powder to a mixing bowl. Either with a fork or an electric hand mixer, mix the seasonings and cream cheese together until they are combined well, then add the diced pickle. Stir to combine.
  • This spread tastes best after the flavors have had a chance to develop, so I recommend refrigerating for 3 hours before using. This is amazing on bagels and wraps, but also makes a delicious dip for crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store this spread in an air-tight container in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
